See, one of Coco's bad habits* is shredding tissues and napkins. Last week, look what Momma found when she got home:
She had put a whole new packet of tissues in her backpack, and the whole thing had been pulled out and shredded, plastic and all!
Coco, of course, denies everything. She says there is an evil Wiener-Demon who comes out of a closet and shreds the napkins on the coffee table and the tissues from the purses when Momma is not around. Momma doesn't believe this, though, because she's also found shredded napkins and tissues in her car when Coco has gone for a ride. And she doesn't know how the Wiener-Demon would get into the car. So we're pretty sure all of the evidence points to Coco.
*Coco adamantly claims that she has no bad habits.

Coco and Scylla must be soul mates. Scylla jumps on the counter to shred the paper towels. She snuck in the bathroom and shredded the paper in there. Mommy says she is very naughty and all she is getting for Christmas is a roll of paper towels to shred. ~S,S & C
Coco, I am quite sure that you have a mouse on the loose in the house that is trying to make bedding for a winter home! ;o)
Umm . . . Coco . . . don't feel bad. The tortie twins are infamous for their napkin and tissue shredding abilities. Not to mention the time they also ripped open the birdseed bag and several packages of jello and pudding mix . . . it looked like someone had tried to burgle our house. This was before I was adopted, so mommy definitely knew who the bad kitties were.
That's Coco's story and she's sticking to it!

Oh Coco....I feel for ya! I'm always getting in trouble for shredding toilet paper and paper towels and kleenex boxes....hey, isn't that what those things are there for???

Thankyou for coming around and leaving purrs and get well wishes. I am better as a result - just have to put on more weight. Turkey might just be the thing.

PS: When Rascal was young, she'd take the toilet paper from the bathroom and run it all through the house. Sunny's Daddy thought it was cute. I did not :-p
